The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to potential investors another free investment platform. The total area of the land plot located in the public and business zone of the city of Ishimbai is more than three hectares. Investors are invited to place a shopping and entertainment complex here.

- The presented platform may interest investors by the fact that it is surrounded by three major cities of the republic. Such agglomeration will contribute to the formation of a flow of buyers. In addition, it is possible to connect the site to the electricity, gas, water supply and sanitation networks, and it is also provided with access roads," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
