Investors were offered a free site for production activities in the Meleuzovsky district

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to potential investors another free investment platform. The area of two land plots, on one of which industrial buildings are located, is about 16 hectares. They are located in the industrial zone of the city of Meleuz and are intended for conducting production activities.

- The advantage of the presented sites is a ready-made engineering infrastructure, namely connection to electricity, gas, water supply and sanitation networks, availability of access roads, railways, as well as proximity to the federal highway R-240 Ufa-Orenburg. On the territory of one of the sites there are six buildings with a total area of about 36 thousand square meters, which are also offered for the placement of production facilities, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
