Investors were offered to place a roadside complex in the Birsky district

The Development Corporation presented to potential investors another free investment platform. The area of the land plot located along the Ufa-Birsk-Yanaul highway is two hectares, and one of the planned activities on its territory is the construction and further operation of a new roadside service facility.

- The presented site is located near the city of Birsk and is provided with the possibility of connecting to gas and electricity supply, as well as the possibility of connecting to the highway. As part of the project, the investor will be able to place a multifunctional roadside complex with a shop, cafe, service station and car wash in this location. In addition, the site is located on a busy site with a high traffic intensity of more than two and a half thousand cars per day. This will help attract customers to the complex and quickly recoup investments," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that the Government of Bashkortostan approved the Concept of roadside service development for 2020 - 2024. For entrepreneurs in this area, there are special preferential conditions for obtaining state support - the opportunity to include an investment project in the priority list, to get land for rent without bidding and subsidies for reimbursement of part of the costs. To create the most comfortable conditions when choosing an investment site for the localization of production, the Bashkortostan Development Corporation has implemented a tool for developing virtual tours of the republic's sites. An interactive image in 360 format allows investors to get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the sites online, without going to the terrain.

- In case of interest in the presented investment platform, the Corporation's specialists will provide the investor with comprehensive consulting and methodological support when interacting with representatives of the municipality and preparing documents for obtaining state support measures, Nail Gabbasov added.
