In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to build a fitness center

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to investors a new business proposal involving the construction of a sports and recreation center in the Demsky district of Ufa. The investor can implement the project by concluding a concession agreement with the City Administration.

- Two sites are presented in the business offer to place the FOCA. The total area of the first one is 7,200 square meters and involves the construction of a two-storey complex with an ice arena, halls for mixed martial arts, a gym and a universal sports hall for mini-football and basketball. According to calculations, the project budget will amount to 613.2 million rubles. On the second site, the investor can build a FOK with a total area of 3035 square meters on the site of the existing air-support complex, equipping it with a wrestling hall, table tennis, as well as a gym and a universal sports hall. In this case, the project budget will amount to 213.7 million rubles, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Under the terms of the concession agreement, the land belonging to the Ufa City Administration will be leased to the investor for the purpose of construction or reconstruction of a sports and recreation complex for its further operation in order to make a profit. Up to 30% of the training time will be provided to the concedent free of charge. The agreement can be concluded for up to 49 years.

In addition to the elaborated concept, the investment proposal also contains key financial and economic indicators that display detailed information about the effectiveness of the project. It also specifies the proposed measures of state support, including the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with the possibility of obtaining an investment tax deduction for income tax and exemption from corporate property tax.
