A manufacturer of products for the oil and gas industry has become a new resident of the Ufa Industrial Park
The agreement on residency in the Ufa Industrial Park was signed between the Development Corporation, which is the management company of the preferential zone, and the enterprise "Russilber". On the territory of the park, the investor plans to implement a project for the production of coolant for use in the oil and gas industry.
- The company is engaged in the creation of innovative products of industrial chemistry, working, among other things, on import substitution. At the first stage, the volume of investments will be about 45 million rubles. In total, the investor intends to invest more than 500 million rubles in the project, creating more than 100 new jobs. Today, together with the investor, we are working on organizational issues of localization of production on the territory of Ufa, and also cooperate in the development of a financial model and a business plan," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In addition to favorable rental conditions and ready-made engineering infrastructure, the status of a resident of the Ufa Industrial Park gives the investor the opportunity to receive tax preferences, including on the property of the organization, as well as full gratuitous support at all stages of the project by the Development Corporation.

The Ufa Industrial Park is located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict of Ufa. The area of the park is almost 300 hectares, and the sites are intended for enterprises of different industry orientation. The convenient location provides an accessible transport infrastructure. The railway tracks are installed on the territory of the park and lead to the Shaksha station of the Kuibyshev railway. Inter-site roads with access to the federal highway M5-Ural are stretched throughout the park. To date, 18 residents have been registered in the park with a total investment of about 36 billion rubles.
