The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to investors another free investment site in Uchalinsky district, suitable for conducting production activities. The total area of the three land plots is 0.6 hectares. One of the proposed activities at the site is the production of mouldings. The investor can organize the production process in the building of the former foundry and mechanical plant located on the site.

- The presented site is a good option for manufacturers for a number of advantages: a railway runs nearby, there are points of connection to engineering infrastructure networks in the immediate vicinity, there are access roads. In addition, a wholesale distribution center "Technonicol" and a plywood factory "Bashkir Forest" are located next door, a partnership with which may also be of interest to an investor," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
