For investors considering the possibility of localization of business in Bashkortostan, the Regional Development Corporation has introduced a new free investment platform. The land plot with an area of about 1.3 hectares is located in the Tatyshlinsky district and is intended to accommodate tourist facilities on its territory.

During one of the operational meetings, the Head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, announced the reconstruction of the Udmurt Historical and Cultural Center, thanks to which the Tatyshlinsky district will be able to become a point of attraction for tourists not only from our republic, but also from neighboring regions. Therefore, one of the options for using the presented investment platform is the creation of an ethnic village with glamping. Thus, the development of tourism in this location will allow you to quickly recoup investments," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The site is provided with the possibility of connecting to electricity and water supply, and on its territory there are three buildings with a total area of about 353 square meters, which can be restored and operated in the future as part of the implementation of the investment project.

Recall that for a comfortable acquaintance of investors with the free investment sites of the republic, specialists of the Development Corporation are developing virtual tours. So, you can choose a land plot suitable for the requirements of the project without going to the area, having familiarized yourself with its engineering and technical characteristics in an online format.

Detailed information about its technical and infrastructural characteristics can be found at Investment map of the region. In addition, anyone can view the site from a "bird's-eye view" by studying a virtual tour on the website of the Development Corporation in the section «Virtual tours of the venues of the Republic of Bashkortostan».
