The Development Corporation presented to investors free investment sites in Nurimanovsky district

The Bashkortostan Development Corporation presented to investors the next free investment sites located in the Nurimanovsky district. Three plots of land with a total area of more than one hectare are suitable for placing a roadside service facility on their territory.

- The presented sites are located along the road of regional significance «Iglino – Krasnaya gorka – Pavlovka ». This direction is very popular among residents and guests of the republic, since this route leads to one of the most popular tourist sites. Intensive car traffic is concentrated on the site along the proposed sites and the creation of a new roadside complex will be relevant. Also, one of the advantages of placing the object in this location is that the land plots are located in close proximity to the points of connection of gas, water and electricity supply," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that for the most comfortable acquaintance of investors with the free sites of the republic, the Development Corporation has introduced tools for panoramic shooting of free investment sites and the formation of virtual tours on them. To date, 109 tours of 214 investment sites are available for viewing.
