In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to build a new roadside complex

For investors considering Bashkortostan as a platform for business development, the regional Development Corporation has developed a new investment proposal. Its concept involves the construction of a multifunctional roadside complex in the Mishkinsky district. According to the calculations given in the business case, the project budget will amount to 56.6 million rubles with the creation of 15 new jobs.

- For the implementation of the project, the business case presents a site in the Mishkinsky district along the highway of regional significance "Birsk-Tastuba-Satka". Here the investor is invited to place a roadside service facility, including a car wash, a car service station, a cafe and a minimarket. The estimated duration of the project is 2 years," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In the presented business proposal, investors also have access to information about key financial and economic indicators: financial result, revenue and net profit, profitability, payback periods, etc.

Together with a detailed concept and financial indicators, all our business cases also reflect measures of state support, with the help of which the investor will be able to comfortably implement the project. In this case, he can apply for the inclusion of the initiative in the List of priority investment projects, the provision of land for rent without bidding, the provision of subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of creating, reconstructing, modernizing infrastructure facilities," Nail Gabbasov added.
