The investment project of creating a recreation park in Ufa was included in the List of priorities
- The initiator of the project, the company "Constellation of the first", intends to open a year-round wellness recreation center Millennium Park Resort in the Demsky district of Ufa. The concept assumes that an ethno-village, glampings, exhibition and banquet halls and a sauna complex will be located on the territory of the park. In the future, the investor plans to open a stable here, a year-round heated swimming pool, as well as api and hippotherapy centers. During the support of the investment project, our specialists worked out the process of selecting a land plot, developed a financial model and a business plan, and also formed a package of documents for including the project in the priority List with the possibility of receiving state support measures," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
As the representatives of the company noted, working on the initiative together with the Development Corporation made it possible to solve emerging issues most quickly and competently and achieve the tasks set, which made it possible to successfully present the project at the meeting of "Investors" and move on to the next stages of its implementation.
