In Bashkortostan, entrepreneurs were offered to invest in the creation of a fishing recreation center

Managers of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation have developed a new business proposal aimed at increasing the investment potential of the region. It involves the creation of a fishing recreation center in the city of Agidel. According to the calculations presented in the case, the project budget will be 16.86 million rubles.

- It is no coincidence that the site in Agideli is presented in the case for the implementation of the project. The city is located in the waters of two rivers - Belaya and Kama, which is a favorable factor for the development of tourism, especially fishing, since more than 39 species of fish live in the Nizhnekamsk reservoir. So, the business case involves the creation of a base with glamping, a recreation area, a sauna complex, as well as a fishing equipment rental point," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Together with the elaborated concept, the business proposal contains key financial and economic indicators that display data on the estimated revenue, net profit, profitability of the project, etc. In addition, it also presents measures of state support that an investor can count on when implementing the project: inclusion in the List of priority investment projects, provision of land for rent without bidding, provision of investment deduction for income tax, grant support for the creation and development of tourist infrastructure within the framework of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry. Also, as support measures, the investor is offered subsidies under the state program "Development and support of SMEs in the Republic of Bashkortostan".

Recall that in 2022, the Government of the region approved a Strategy for the development of tourism in the Republic of Bashkortostan for the period up to 2035. The strategy is aimed at the comprehensive development of domestic and inbound tourism by creating conditions for the formation and promotion of a high-quality and competitive tourist product in the domestic and international tourism market.
