A new multifunctional roadside complex will appear in Bashkortostan

The company "Baytugan", the investment project of which is supported by the Development Corporation and the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan, has signed a lease agreement for a land plot obtained thanks to state support. The investor will place a multifunctional roadside complex on the section of the M-5 Ural highway, having invested 58 million rubles in the implementation of the project with the creation of 23 new jobs.

- The project involves the construction of a modern complex with a cafe, a hotel, a shop and a car service station. Earlier, under the joint support of the Corporation and the regional Ministry of Trade, the project was included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan and received the status of a large-scale one, which allowed the investor to receive support from the state in the form of providing a land plot without bidding, as well as to claim reimbursement of part of the costs of transport and engineering infrastructure, - explained the Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan Nail Gabbasov.

Recall that the Concept of roadside service development on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020-2024 is being implemented in the region. So, within the framework of the International Business Week held in December this year, it became known that 93 investment projects with an investment volume of more than 10 billion rubles are being worked out and implemented in the republic today. At meetings in the format of "Investchas", 70 investment projects for the construction of roadside service facilities with an investment volume of 7.8 billion rubles were approved.
