In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to organize a greenhouse

For investors considering Bashkortostan as a platform for business development, the Development Corporation has developed a new business proposal. Its concept involves the organization of a greenhouse complex on the territory of the city of Kumertau. According to the calculations presented in the case, the total investment in the project will amount to 454.58 million rubles with the creation of 25 new jobs.

Such a system will provide high-quality vegetables, berries and herbs to consumers both in the republic and abroad," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. State support measures are also available to investors who have paid attention to this proposal: the inclusion of the initiative in the List of priority investment projects in the region, exemption from corporate property tax, the provision of land for rent without bidding, as well as the provision of subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment.
