Bashkortostan and Turkey have agreed on mutual attraction of investments

An agreement on expanding and strengthening cooperation between Bashkortostan and Turkey on the sidelines of the International Business Week was signed by the regional Development Corporation with the Association "Russian-Turkish Dialogue". The parties intend to cooperate in the development of contacts between Russian and Turkish businesses in order to increase investment inflows.

- Our cooperation between Bashkortostan and Turkey is rapidly expanding. This year we have held a large number of negotiations with representatives of Turkish companies and signed agreements of intent with some of them on the implementation of investment projects in our republic," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. - Of course, the signed agreement will be a step towards promoting initiatives in investment circles and increasing mutual investments in the regions.

According to the document, the Development Corporation and the Russian-Turkish Dialogue will provide comprehensive mutual assistance in informing the business communities of Bashkortostan and Turkey about the activities of organizations, holding events aimed at exchanging experience in the field of preferential zones. In addition, the organizations will provide potential investors with full-fledged consulting support on the implementation of investment projects and localization of production in the republics.
