In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to build a modern sports and recreation complex

Bashkortostan Development Corporation has developed a new investment proposal, the concept of which involves the construction of a modern fitness and wellness center in Ufa. It is proposed to implement the initiative by concluding a concession agreement with the City Administration, investing 212.67 million rubles in the project.

- We have developed this investment proposal with the aim of creating conditions for sports and providing high-quality sports and wellness services to the population. And, in this case, the implementation of the project under the public-private partnership system will be most relevant for each of the parties," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. According to the concept of the business case, the FOCA building will consist of two parts: a universal sports hall and a building that combines rooms for various sports sections. According to the calculations presented in the case, the project implementation period will be 1.5 years.

When implementing the initiative under the concession agreement, the investor will be able to apply for inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects in the region with the provision of a number of state support measures: exemption from corporate property tax and investment tax deduction for income tax.
