In Bashkortostan, the investment project of creating a new roadside complex was recognized as large-scale

Accompanied by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan, the investment project of the company "Chishma M-5" is recognized as large-scale. This status was assigned to him during the next meeting of the "Investor". The initiative, in the implementation of which the investor plans to invest about 52.7 million rubles, involves the modernization of the existing roadside complex in the Chishminsky district with the creation of 25 new jobs.

- Last year, the investor completed the first stage of modernization of the facility, placing a hotel, a cafe and a minimarket on the territory of the complex. The second stage involves the expansion of the territory and the range of services through the improvement of the parking area for trucks and cars, as well as the construction of a car wash and a service station," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. During the cooperation with the investor, our specialists have provided comprehensive support in terms of interaction with the authorities and representatives of the municipality, as well as the preparation of documentation for the inclusion of the project in the priority List. The Corporation will accompany the project until its full implementation.

To be recognized as a large-scale project, it must meet a number of requirements: be included in the List of priority investment projects in the region and assume the creation of at least 25 jobs. In addition, the initiator of the project must confirm the possibility of financing in the amount of at least 50% of its cost.

Recall that the Concept of roadside service development on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020-2024 is being implemented in the region. The document provides for the construction of about 1,000 new facilities, the same number is planned to be modernized.
