The authorities of Bashkortostan told about the changes over the year among the residents of the industrial complex of the Ufa Industrial Park
Over the past year, the Ufa Industrial Park has increased the number of residents. The results of the park's activities will be presented at the International Business Week- 2022, which will be held on December 14-17 in Ufa and will bring together representatives of regional and federal authorities, experts and entrepreneurs from different countries. A year ago, within the framework of the International Business Week 2021, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov launched the work of the production complex of the Ufa Industrial Park. The first resident on an area of 20 thousand square meters was the manufacturer of grain cleaning equipment LLC "Artagro" Trading House. The remaining territories of the twenty-thousandth turned out to be in demand among investors. During the year, the number of all residents of the park has grown from 10 to 15, today it is 98 percent full.
— And we observe such a positive picture in the republic as a whole. There are 12 industrial parks and 18 technoparks in Bashkortostan. Today they are 90% full. Therefore, we are actively working to increase their number and by 2024 we set a goal to reach the figure of 50 parks. Support measures are provided for residents of industrial and technoparks. They are subsidized from the federal budget with interest on loans for the implementation of investment projects for the creation, expansion or development of parks. As part of the republican support, management companies of industrial and technoparks are exempt from paying corporate property tax for up to 10 years, and can also receive a subsidy for the creation of infrastructure, said Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation Alexander Sheldyaev.
The volume of investments of all residents of the Ufa Industrial Park is 35 billion rubles with the creation of 600 jobs. Fields of activity of enterprises: woodworking, manufacture of plastic and rubber products, furniture production, manufacture of agricultural machinery, etc. The residents of the production complex, in addition to "Artagro", include two more enterprises. The company "Azimuth" occupies completely one building of the complex. Now it is equipping its premises and importing equipment for the production of road paint, the launch of which is scheduled for the beginning of 2023. SANICA PIPE company, a manufacturer of plumbing and plastic pipes, has prepared the necessary equipment for transportation, accompanied by managers of the Development Corporation, the Turkish investor is engaged in the preparation of the necessary documents. All companies are export-oriented.
The management company of the industrial park "Ufa" is the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. It creates conditions for stable activity of residents: cleaning and cleaning of roads, maintenance of light points and so on. The investor receives a ready-made utility and transport infrastructure. The platforms are located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict with an exit to the federal highway M-5 "Ural", right on the territory of the park there are railway tracks with access to the Shaksha station.
It is planned that the Ufa Industrial Park will become one of the territories of the SEZ of the Volga Federal District.
The federal authorities supported the initiative of the republic regarding the expansion of the SEZ. After that, the Government of Bashkortostan, together with the Development Corporation, prepared a Roadmap for the implementation of this initiative. It was approved by Prime Minister Andrei Gennadievich Nazarov. Currently, work is underway on the formation of an application to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for the inclusion of the Ufa Industrial Park in the SEZ Alga, said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
