More than 40 free sites for business development were presented to investors in Bashkortostan

The Development Corporation has replenished the register of free investment sites of the republic. More than 40 land plots with a total area of about 300 hectares are located on the territory of the Ufa agro-logistics park near the Shaksha microdistrict and are intended for the production, storage and processing of agricultural products, as well as the opening of food industry enterprises.

- The advantage of placement on the proposed sites is the immediate proximity of the Ufa TALP to the federal highway M-5 Ural, as well as to the main and bypass tracks of the Trans-Siberian railway. In addition, a container railway terminal will be put into operation on the territory of the park in 2024. These factors greatly simplify the solution of logistical issues. I would also like to note that all sites are provided with the possibility of connecting to gas, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
