A new investment proposal for the creation of a roadside complex was presented at the Bashkortostan Development Corporation

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has presented a new investment proposal involving the creation of a roadside complex in the Blagovarsky district. According to the calculations of the department's specialists, the budget of the investment project will amount to 116.6 million rubles. This amount includes construction and installation, design and survey work, as well as the purchase of necessary equipment.

- The concept of the developed project involves the creation of a modern multifunctional roadside complex with a hotel, cafe, shop, service station and car wash. It is proposed to place the object along the federal highway M-5 "Ural", in a location with an active traffic flow, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. An investor who has accepted a proposal for the implementation of the project will receive state support measures: the inclusion of an investment project in the List of priority investment projects in the region, tax benefits, the provision of a land plot for rent without bidding, the provision of subsidies to compensate for the construction of transport and engineering infrastructure.

The investment proposal also contains complete information about the financial and economic indicators of the project.
