Investors were offered to place solar power plants in Bashkortostan

Bashkortostan Development Corporation has developed a new business proposal for potential investors. It involves the creation of solar power plants in the Miyakinsky district in order to obtain energy produced without harm to the environment and to develop a trend of its ecological extraction. According to the calculations presented in the investment proposal, the project budget will amount to 205.9 million rubles.

- For the implementation of an investment project in our business case, a site in the Miyakinsky district is proposed. The placement of solar power plants here will be able to provide the district and nearby enterprises with cheaper and environmentally friendly electricity, which will facilitate the opening of new production facilities. In addition, our specialists conducted an analysis of the economic prospects for the implementation of the project, displaying detailed financial indicators in the case," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In addition to financial and economic indicators, the business proposal also contains the proposed measures of state support. Thus, when implementing the initiative, the investor will be able to count on the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects in the region, the provision of land for rent without bidding, exemption from corporate property tax, as well as preferential lending under various programs from the Industrial Development Fund and subsidies in the energy sector.
