In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to engage in wood processing

A new business proposal involving the creation of a wood processing plant was presented to investors in the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The company is proposed to be located in the Askinsky district and invest 81.47 million rubles in it, creating 13 new jobs. The project budget includes construction and installation works, purchase of equipment and staffing of the transport fleet.

- The case suggests that the company's activities will be aimed at the production of pellets in the amount of more than seven thousand tons per year. To do this, there is sufficient raw material potential in the Askinsky district, because the area of the municipality's forest fund is more than 133 thousand hectares. In addition, for the implementation of the project, the investment proposal presents a site on the territory of which production can be placed," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In addition to the developed concept, the investment proposal contains financial and economic indicators, which reflect detailed calculations for the project. Also, when implementing the initiative, the investor will be able to count on state support measures: the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan, exemption from corporate property tax and the provision of subsidies to compensate for the construction of transport and engineering infrastructure.

- On the part of the Development Corporation, the investor will be provided with gratuitous support in terms of interaction with relevant departments and the leadership of the municipality, preparation and submission of documentation for inclusion of the investment project in the List of priority and other issues," Nail Gabbasov added.
