In Bashkortostan, investors were presented with free sites for roadside service

The Development Corporation presented free investment platforms to investors. Two plots of land, with a total area of 1.2 hectares, are located in the Arkhangelsk region and are intended for the placement of roadside service facilities.

- The presented investment sites are located along the Ufa-Inzer-Beloretsk highway of regional significance. This direction is popular among residents and guests of the republic, since it is in that part of the region that a large number of year-round tourist sites are located. Therefore, an intensive traffic flow is concentrated on the road section along the proposed sites and the creation of a new roadside complex will be relevant. Also, one of the advantages of placing the object in this location is that the land plots are located in close proximity to the points of connection of gas and electricity supply," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. To an investor who is interested in these sites, the Corporation's specialists will provide gratuitous support in the preparation of the necessary documentation, as well as interaction with the management of the municipality and resource-supplying organizations.

Recall that for the most comfortable acquaintance of investors with the free sites of the republic, the Development Corporation has introduced tools for panoramic shooting of vacant land plots and the formation of virtual tours on them.
