An employee of the Development Corporation received a commendation from the Ministry of Construction of Russia
The head of the Technical Department of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, Ildar Aitov, took part in the meeting of the winners of the II All-Russian Competition of Managers "Leaders of the construction industry" with the leadership of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia. During the event, the finalists were awarded letters of thanks from the leadership of the department. The award signed by the Minister of Construction of Russia Irek Fayzullin was also received by Ildar Aitov, who became one of the 30 winners of the competition and the only representative from Bashkortostan.
Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, commented on the meeting.
- It is a great honor that the professionalism and contribution of an employee of the Corporation to the implementation of projects aimed at the development of the construction complex has been noted at the federal level. I am sure that many of the proposals submitted by him within the framework of the competition and the last meeting will be implemented as working tools for the formation of human resources and the improvement of the industry," Nail Gabbasov said.
During the meeting, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation presented proposals for the development of the construction industry, developed on the basis of the projects of the winners and finalists of the second season of the competition. The ministry noted that today the main task is to find promising managers and create a decent reserve of managerial personnel, as well as the consolidation of builders throughout the country.
In addition, the participants discussed the holding of the III All-Russian Competition of managers and its regional stages. They paid special attention to the final stage, the venue for which the organizing committee of the competition considers the Republic of Bashkortostan.
