The Development Corporation presented business cases for tourism development to investors
Bashkortostan Development Corporation presented to investors two business proposals aimed at the development of the tourism industry. Both cases involve the creation of glamping sites near the famous tourist locations of the Baymak and Gafuri districts. The cost of implementing the first offer is 32.8 million rubles with the creation of 14 new jobs. The budget of the second case is 17.8 million rubles with the involvement of 15 employees.
- To implement the first business proposal, the investor is offered a site near the Gadelsha Waterfall, the largest waterfall in the Southern Urals. This attraction is visited by many tourists every year, so the improvement of a comfortable infrastructure will have a positive effect both on attracting tourist traffic and on the payback period of the project," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. As part of the second business case, several sites have been proposed for the placement of glamping, one of which is located near the village of Tash-Asty, located near the rocks of Aktash and Ukly-Kaya, which are also a popular holiday destination among residents and guests of the republic.
According to the concept of investment proposals, the glamping areas will be equipped with comfortable geo-domes, lounge areas and cafes. In addition, guests will enjoy various outdoor activities, including water walks and fishing.
Investment proposals also contain financial and economic indicators: information on the timing of implementation, payback and the amount of profit that the investor will receive as part of the work on the project.
- Investors interested in the implementation of the initiative are also offered state support measures: including the project in the priority List, obtaining a land plot without bidding, a subsidy to compensate for part of the costs of construction of transport and engineering infrastructure, as well as the possibility of obtaining grant support for the development of domestic tourism within the framework of the federal project "Development of tourism infrastructure». The Development Corporation, in turn, will provide support in the preparation of documentation for obtaining support measures, as well as interaction with the leadership of municipalities and resource-supplying organizations, Nail Gabbasov added.
