A new resident has been registered in the Ufa Industrial Park

A new resident has been registered in the Ufa Industrial Park, the management company of which is the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The company "Faro" plans to establish serial production of furniture in the park, having invested 24.8 million rubles in the implementation of the project.

- In the current conditions, it is extremely important to open our own production facilities, developing an import substitution policy. The investor plans to launch the enterprise already in 2023. Thus, when it reaches full capacity, it will be able to provide the market with a sufficient range of products and compete with many Russian manufacturers. In addition, the resident will have the opportunity to establish cooperation with other enterprises operating in the park. Thus, the implementation of the project will have a positive socio-economic effect due to additional investments, tax payments and the creation of 33 new jobs," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The company "Faro" has become the fifteenth resident of the industrial park and has already begun construction of the production building. To date, the total investment volume of residents since the beginning of activity is about 36 billion rubles with the creation of more than 600 new jobs.

The Ufa Industrial Park is located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict of Ufa. The area of the park is almost 300 hectares, and the sites are intended for enterprises of different industry orientation. The convenient location provides an accessible transport infrastructure. The railway tracks are installed on the territory of the park and lead to the Shaksha station of the Kuibyshev railway. Inter-site roads with access to the federal highway M5-Ural are stretched throughout the park.
