A regional representative office of the Club of Young Industrialists has opened in Bashkortostan

The meeting dedicated to the opening of the regional branch of the Club of Young Industrialists was held on October 14 at the Management Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan. It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation Alexander Sheldyaev, Chairman of the Board of the Club of Young Industrialists at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Kovalev, members of the Club young managers of enterprises of Bashkortostan. At the event, an appeal was made to the audience from the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov, who called the opening of the regional branch of the Club of Young Industrialists an important event for Bashkortostan as one of the leading industrial regions of Russia.

Today, young industrialists of Bashkortostan represent serious production capacities and add a tangible tax base to the economy of the region. 15 enterprises with a total turnover of 7.2 billion rubles for 2021 are already represented in the regional branch of the Club, and tax deductions for the past year amounted to 670 million rubles, and the number of employees of enterprises is 3407 people, which is very noticeable. I am sure that the range of industries and the number of enterprises of the Club will expand. The doors of the Club are open to young industrialists, - emphasized Alexander Sheldyaev during the first installation session of the regional branch of the Club of Young Industrialists.

Anton Kovalev, Chairman of the Club of Young Industrialists at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, noted the importance of the regional government's assistance in promoting projects, ideas and proposals from representatives of the industrial sector.

Today there are 68 companies in the Club, which are run by young industrialists under the age of 40. The task in Bashkortostan is to create an environment for young industrialists to interact so that they have complete information about all support resources from government authorities and development institutions. "By creating a strong team here, we will be able to present our projects at the federal level thanks to the Club's resource," said Anton Kovalev.

The participants said that they are also interested in the possibility of communication, as well as the search for potential partners. This will expand the cooperative capabilities of enterprises.

Small and medium-sized industrial enterprises are more mobile and flexible compared to their large partners and can quickly adapt to the needs of the largest industry customers. Therefore, I want to suggest that we actively work with large enterprises so that our Club member companies can integrate into the supply chain, "Almaz Mamleev, head of the regional branch of the Young Industrialists Club, Deputy Director for production of the Korona factory (Tuimazy), silver medalist of the All-Russian Award, made the first proposals.;Young Industrialist of the Year 2021».

The participants of the meeting talked about innovative projects and came up with a number of initiatives to promote Bashkir products. Nail Fakhretdinov, Director of the Development of the ZPI "Alternative", suggested sharing experience not only at the level of managers and organizing meetings of specialists from industry departments who are doing painstaking work on the ground. Director of Wei PAK LLC Albina Mazunina noted the importance for small enterprises of such a support mechanism as the creation of industrial and technoparks. The ready-made infrastructure, large capacities and areas of the industrial park "Industrial Center" allowed the cardboard and paper company to deploy a full-cycle production site. Alexander Sheldyaev supported a number of initiatives of young industrialists and suggested holding such meetings on a regular basis. During the event, the participants also visited the industrial parks «Industrial Center » and «Ufa », inspected the production site and got acquainted with the work of resident enterprises.

During the meeting, the members of the Club of Young Industrialists got acquainted with the infrastructure and the preferences that the company receives by becoming a resident of the park. Today, the Club consists of participants from 30 regions of Russia. The club has been operating since 2019 and during this time has become an association of industrialists promoting the development of advanced technologies, removing "inertial" barriers during their implementation, a window for working with authorities, state corporations, and major industry customers. In the format of a regional branch, the Club operates in the Chelyabinsk region, a second representative office has opened in Bashkortostan. In total, there are 150 members of this non-profit organization in the country. In Bashkortostan, according to various estimates, from 20 to 30 percent of enterprises are headed by managers under 40 years of age.
