A large Turkish holding is interested in localization of production in Bashkortostan
As part of the business mission of the delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan to Turkey, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Development Corporation and Leosal, which is part of the Turkish holding Kantec, engaged in the production of equipment for poultry farms and meat processing plants. The signing took place during the presentation of the economic and investment potential of Bashkortostan in the Republic of Turkey.
- The signed agreement is the result of joint work of the Corporation and the Regional Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress activities. Despite everything, we continue to strengthen cooperation with Turkish partners and reveal to our colleagues the full investment potential of our region. This is largely due to the assistance of the Representation of the ANO Bashkortostan Congress Bureau in Turkey," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. "We will continue negotiations on the intentions of Leosal regarding the implementation of the project of integration of innovative equipment at poultry farms in Russia with the localization of production in Bashkortostan. Thus, the Development Corporation will select a pool of free investment sites suitable for the requirements of production, including in various preferential zones of the republic. In addition, the company will be provided with full gratuitous support from our department.
According to the document, the parties intend to establish cooperation in the field of informing about possible locations of the planned production and further support of the investment project on the territory of the republic.
