Bashkortostan Development Corporation has prepared a new business proposal for investors for the construction of an elevator with a granary for 24 thousand tons in the Fedorovsky district. The budget of the proposed investment project is 310.80 million rubles with the creation of 35 new jobs at the enterprise. The planned duration of the project is one year.

- Bashkortostan is one of the most successfully developing regions of Russia in the field of agriculture. According to statistics, the sown area in the republic in 2022 amounted to about 3 million hectares. Thus, the area of farmland in the Fedorovsky district, where the site for the implementation of the project is located, is 139 thousand hectares, of which most are arable land," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. An interested investor does not need to think about the concept, calculations and the list of necessary equipment - all this is reflected in the presented business proposal. In addition, each stage of the project implementation will be accompanied free of charge by the Development Corporation team.

Earlier, at an operational meeting of the Head of Bashkortostan, it was reported that there is not enough capacity in the region to store the entire harvest. In this regard, there is a need in the republic to increase the number of granaries.

For the most comfortable implementation of the initiative, the investor is also offered state support measures: the inclusion of the investment project in the priority List, exemption from property tax of the organization, the provision of land for rent without bidding, as well as the provision of subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment.
