The construction project of a multifunctional roadside complex near Ufa is included in the List of priorities

The construction project of a multifunctional roadside complex, supported by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Trade of the region, is included in the List of priority projects of the Republic of Belarus. The corresponding order was signed at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic. The initiator of the project was LLC "Copyright Holder". The declared volume of investments is 75 million rubles, 30 jobs will be created. The project implementation period is 2022-2024.

- The project provides for the construction of a roadside service with the provision of services of a vehicle maintenance station with a cafe, parking, tire fitting, as well as a hotel and a car wash, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The construction of the facility is planned to be deployed in the Ufa district on the federal highway R-240 , near the village of Bulgakovo.

During the investor's support, the managers of the Development Corporation developed a business plan and a financial model of the project, and also assisted in the preparation of a package of documents necessary for inclusion in the List of priority projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that the Government of the Republic approved the Concept of roadside service development for 2020 - 2024, according to which 1,000 new roadside complexes should be built in Bashkortostan in four years, the same number will be modernized and decorated in a single style.
