The investment project for the construction of an agro-industrial complex for the development of vegetable growing, accompanied by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, was included in the List of priorities. The order on the assignment of this status was signed at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy. The total amount of investments in the project initiated by the Ural company will amount to about 431.23 million rubles. 46 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.

- As part of the project, the investor plans to build a modern innovative greenhouse complex for growing tomatoes. The object will be located on the territory of the Baltic Village Council of the Iglinsky district. Thus, the initiator contributes to the development of agriculture in the region," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Accompanying the investor, the Corporation's specialists developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, as well as formed a package of documents for including the project in the Priority List in order to receive state support measures and move to the next stage of the initiative.

The investor notes that the implementation of the project will provide both the regional and the Russian market with high-quality vegetables. In addition, due to the use of modern technologies, production efficiency will increase, which will also affect the reduction in the use of mineral fertilizers at the enterprise.

Recall that the priority investment project is an investment project with significant social and economic effects, one of the options for state support of business. Inclusion in the Priority List makes it possible to implement the initiative under a special tax regime with a wide range of preferences from the state.
