The project of creating a roadside service facility, accompanied by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus, is presented at Investchas

The project of creating a roadside service facility, accompanied by the regional Development Corporation and the Ministry of Trade of the region, was considered at the next meeting of "Investchas" chaired by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

TriA Development LLC plans to build a hotel with comfortable rooms (including for people with disabilities) with cafes, vending machines, as well as a work area, a registration area and parking in the Ufa district on the section of the federal highway P-240. The volume of investments will amount to 200 million rubles, 20 jobs will be created.

The investor counts on such measures of state support as: the provision of a land plot for rent without bidding; the provision of tax benefits; reimbursement of part of the costs of construction of external engineering infrastructure; obtaining an investment tax deduction for income tax.

The managers of the Development Corporation have developed a financial model of the project, a business plan is being developed and, together with the investor, a package of documents is being prepared to include the project in the List of priority projects of the Republic of Belarus.

The investor plans to build five similar facilities on the territory of the republic. The total investment will amount to 1 billion rubles. The corresponding Agreement on investment intentions was signed between the Government of Bashkortostan and TriA Development LLC within the framework of the XXV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in June 2022, which was preceded by the joint work of the investor and the Ministry of Trade of Bashkortostan.

Following the discussion, it was decided to support the implementation of the project.
