The investment project of the Altair company is included in the List of priorities

The investment project of the company "Altair", involving the construction of a ski resort in the Miyakinsky district, was included in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The corresponding order was signed at the Regional Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy. The project is supported by the Development Corporation and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of Bashkortostan. The total investment will amount to about 140 million rubles with the creation of 35 new jobs.

- The investor intends to implement the project in two stages. 55.43 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the first one and 25 new jobs will be created. Thus, it is planned to complete the first stage in 2023," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. As part of the project support, the Corporation's specialists developed a financial model and a business plan, together with the municipality administration worked out preparations for the presentation of the initiative at the meeting of the Investors, and also formed a package of documents for including the project in the priority List. Now, together with the investor, we are preparing documentation for obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding. The project will be accompanied by us free of charge until the facility is put into operation.

The investment project provides for the creation of a developed modern resort infrastructure, which will provide a wide range of services for a full-fledged wellness and family holidays all year round. The complex will become a new point of attraction, which will contribute to the development of domestic tourism in the republic.
