The investment project of the company "Amkodor-Ufa" is recognized as large-scale. The decision to assign this status to the project was made during the next meeting of the "Investors". Assignment of the large-scale status makes it possible to obtain a land plot without bidding.
This investment project is of great importance for the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is important in socio-economic terms and will serve the development of the region's territories. The project involves the creation of a modern high-tech production and service center on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan to provide operational maintenance of special-purpose equipment - municipal, road, construction. It is important for us to develop relations with our Belarusian partners. Therefore, the Government of Bashkortostan supports this project," said the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Muratov.
The investment project is supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Thus, Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, commented on the status of the investment project.
- Recognition of the investment project as large-scale confirms the possibility of obtaining a land plot without bidding. Earlier, the project was included in the Priority List, which allowed us to move to the next stage of the initiative. In many ways, this is the result of our joint work with relevant departments and the Representative Office of the Bashkortostan Congress Bureau in Belarus," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. To be recognized as a large-scale project, it must meet a number of requirements: to be included in the List of priority investment projects, at least 25 jobs must be created as part of the implementation of the initiative. In addition, the initiator of the project must confirm financing in the amount of at least 50% of its cost.
Recall that in Bashkortostan, the company "Amkodor" plans to implement two investment projects. One of them is the construction of a plant for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing on the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park. The second project is the construction of a production and service center for the maintenance of agricultural, municipal and other equipment in the Oktyabrsky district of Ufa. The volume of investments will amount to about 2.5 billion rubles with the creation of 275 new jobs.
