One of the best builders in Russia works for the Bashkortostan Development Corporation

The only representative from Bashkortostan – Head of the Technical department of the Regional Development Corporation Ildar Aitov was among the winners of the All-Russian competition of managers «Leaders of the construction industry». The results were announced as part of the final stage, which was held in Khanty-Mansiysk. More than 11 thousand people took part in the competition and only 30 became winners. All of them will be included in the personnel reserve of managers of builders of Russia and will undergo additional training under the supervision of experienced mentors.

- The victory of an employee of the Development Corporation in such a prestigious competition proves that exceptional professionals work for the benefit of investors in our republic," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. - I note that it is very difficult to become one of the winners. The participant must show not only knowledge, but also ingenuity, perseverance, leadership qualities, as well as the ability to work in a team, because within the framework of the competition, participants passed both individual and group assessment tests. Thanks to an objective expert assessment, the best of the best received their awards.

The All-Russian competition of Managers «Leaders of the construction industry— is an open competition of managers among representatives of the construction industry who have experience in government or commercial organizations of the construction sector in leadership positions at various levels.
