The experience of the Development Corporation in the management of the Ufa Industrial Park will be applied in the Abzelilovsky district

In the Ufa Industrial Park, a meeting was held with representatives of the Administration of the Abzelilovsky district, which was held by the director of the management company of the preferential zone Artem Penzin. During the meeting, the colleagues got acquainted with the production facilities that operate on the territory of the park, and also inspected the production complex with an area of 20 thousand square meters, built within the framework of the federal project "Acceleration of Small and medium-sized businesses".

Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, also noted the importance of the meeting.

- It was no coincidence that the meeting took place on the territory of Ufa, because this is one of the successfully developing preferential zones of the republic. Our colleagues are considering the possibility of creating an industrial park on the territory of the Abzelilovsky district. And, of course, in this matter it is important to know and understand all the nuances of creating and further managing such facilities," Nail Gabbasov said. - Being the management company of such large preferential zones as the special economic zone "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa", we shared our experience in working with investors, authorities, resource supply organizations and contractors.

Earlier, a working group was created on behalf of the regional government on the project of creating an industrial park in the Abzelilovsky district with a focus on stone processing. The project involves the development of a local marble factory and the industry as a whole.

Recall that in the first half of 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia confirmed the compliance of the Ufa Industrial Park with the requirements for industrial (industrial) parks and management companies of industrial (industrial) parks in order to apply measures to stimulate industrial activity to them.

To date, 14 residents and 7 infrastructure users are located on the territory of the industrial park. Now the total declared investment volume of residents is about over 34 billion rubles and involves the creation of more than 600 jobs.
