The project to create a roadside service facility in the Iglinsky district will receive support from the state
The project, supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Ministry of Trade and Services of the region to create a roadside service facility, is recognized as large-scale. This became known during the next meeting of "Investchas", which was held on July 28 under the chairmanship of the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. The declared volume of investments under the project of LLC "Baytugan" is 58 million rubles, it is planned to create 23 jobs.
- The project assumes the construction of a modern complex with a cafe, a gas station, a hotel, a shop and a car service station on the section of the M-5 Ural highway," Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, explained. This is our joint work with the Ministry of Trade of the Republic. From our side, the managers of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, provided consulting and methodological support.
The status of a large-scale project gives the company "Baytugan" the opportunity to receive support from the state in the form of providing a land plot without bidding, as well as in the form of subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of transport and engineering infrastructure. Recall that the Concept of roadside service development on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020-2024 is being implemented in the region. Earlier, the Government of Bashkortostan reported that according to the results of the first half of 2022, 38 roadside service facilities were put into operation in the republic and 49 existing facilities were modernized.
