In Bashkortostan, property tax benefits have been extended for investors

A law has come into force in Bashkortostan extending property tax benefits for investors implementing priority investment projects. The investor is exempt from paying tax on property acquired or erected as part of the implementation of the investment project for a period of three to ten years, depending on the amount of capital investment. So, with the volume of capital investments up to 5 billion, the term was increased from three to seven years, over 5 billion from five to ten years.

The law applies to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2022 and is valid until December 31, 2025
