The investment project in the field of agriculture in the Abzelilovsky district is included in the List of priorities
The project, supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, is included in the List of priorities. The corresponding order was signed at the Regional Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy. The initiator of the project is the construction of the second stage of a dairy farm near the village of Samara otd. The state farm and irrigation system near the village of Davletovo, MR Abzelilovsky district, Republic of Bashkortostan, was performed by LLC Krasnaya Bashkiria Joint Venture. The cost of the project is 460 million rubles, it is planned to create 25 new jobs. Commissioning is planned in 2024.
According to the project, it is planned to build a robotic dairy farm for 400 heads. In addition, the investor intends to build a modern irrigation system with the installation of modern equipment, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The project corresponds to the main directions of the state Strategy of socio-economic development of the Trans-Urals until 2030 and is currently included in the action plan for its implementation.
During the support, the managers of the Development Corporation developed a business plan and a financial model of the project, as well as prepared the necessary package of documents for inclusion in the List of priority projects and provided methodological and consulting support. At the moment, joint work is underway with the investor to prepare the submission of documents for obtaining a land plot without bidding.
Inclusion of the project in the Priority List is one of the options for supporting entrepreneurs. This status makes it possible to implement the initiative under a special tax regime with a wide range of preferences from the state, Nail Gabbasov recalled.
