Bashkortostan Development Corporation has developed a new investment proposal in the field of roadside service development
Investors interested in business development in Bashkortostan were offered to consider the possibility of building a roadside complex. The corresponding business proposal has been developed in the regional Development Corporation. The concept of the case involves the construction of a roadside complex, including a hotel, a supermarket, food and leisure facilities, as well as a pharmacy. According to the calculations presented, the investor will need to invest 144 million rubles in the implementation of the project. The project implementation period is one year. The number of required jobs is 25.
- We have developed more than one investment proposal for Davlekanovsky district. A large number of tourists from different parts of the republic and nearby regions are sent here to Lake Aslykul every year, and therefore the creation of infrastructure for a comfortable stay, including roadside complexes, is especially relevant now," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed business proposal provides for everything: the concept has been worked out, financial and economic indicators are given, a land plot and state support measures have been selected. This will allow a potential investor not to waste time on such nuances, but simply to start implementing the project with the support of the Development Corporation.
For the construction of a roadside complex, the investor is offered a site in the Alginsky Village Council. The advantage of placing the object on this land plot is a high level of tourist flow due to the proximity to Lake Aslykul and the possibility of access to the M-5 highway "Ural".
As measures of state support, the entrepreneur is offered the inclusion of an investment project in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the provision of land plots for rent without bidding, as well as the provision of subsidies to compensate for the construction of transport and engineering infrastructure.
