The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus has increased the number of supported projects by one and a half times over the year
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan summed up the results of work with investors for the first half of 2022. As of June 30, 2022, 121 investment projects are being supported by the Corporation. Compared to the same period last year, the number of projects supported by the Corporation increased by one and a half times – at the end of June 2021, the figure reached 82 projects. It is noted that 77 new projects were put into operation in the first half of this year.
- Our team is engaged in comprehensive project support at all stages: from idea to implementation. We work in a "one-stop shop" format, advising investors, offering them more profitable options for project implementation, helping to select sites and providing a whole range of services. Thanks to systematic work, to date 24 investment projects have been included in the priority list, and 8 have been recognized as large-scale. In addition, 1 investment agreement has been signed on the conditions for the implementation of priority investment projects, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The Development Corporation continues to work on the formation and updating of the register of potential investment sites. Interaction is underway with municipalities and site owners in order to fill in the register. The information in it is presented in the form of a site passport with the necessary data in a unified form. From January to June 2022, as a result of monitoring, 392 passports of potential investment sites were compiled. For effective work in this direction, there is such a tool as shooting sites in 360 format, which is included in the catalog of best practices of the portal "ASI Smarteka".
Also in the first half of the year, financial models and business plans for 17 projects with a declared investment volume of more than 29.6 billion rubles and the creation of 1,576 jobs were prepared.
