In Bashkortostan, entrepreneurs will be able to receive land plots without bidding

In Bashkortostan, amendments have been adopted that provide the possibility of obtaining land plots without bidding. The innovations were developed by the Regional Ministry of Trade and Services.

Thus, with the adoption of the law, investors will have the opportunity to obtain land plots for rent without bidding to create stationary retail facilities and catering facilities in settlements of the Republic of Bashkortostan, where the population does not exceed five thousand people. In the future, the law will create more than 400 new jobs, increase trade turnover and tax revenues to the budget of the republic and municipalities.
