In Bashkortostan, investors of priority investment projects were exempted from paying property tax

Bashkortostan has adopted amendments to the law "On the property tax of organizations". The changes will allow investors to work more comfortably in the conditions of sanctions and anti-covid restrictions.

The document increases the period during which an investor, acquiring or building objects for a project, can be exempt from paying property tax. This rule applies to all investors who implement priority investment projects. The terms have increased from 3 to 7 years for projects with investments up to 5 billion rubles, for larger projects the accounting period has been increased from 5 to 10 years.
