In Bashkortostan, investors were offered to launch an enterprise for processing animal skins
A new business case developed by specialists of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation for presentation to potential investors has filled up the showcase of ready-made investment proposals. Investors interested in business development in the region are offered to implement a project to create a production facility for processing cattle hides.
- The prerequisite for the development of this business proposal was the fact that today Bashkortostan occupies a leading position in the number of cattle among the regions: 3rd place in the Russian Federation and 1st place in the Volga Federal District, - said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The idea to create a case came during a strategic session with the business sheriffs of the districts of the republic. Based on the results of the analysis of the growth points of each of their municipalities, we selected the most suitable sites in the Kuyurgazinsky and Sterlitamaksky districts. For each of the sites there are personal calculations indicating the volume of investments and financial and economic indicators.
In the Kuyurgazinsky district, an investor is offered a site in the village of Ermolaevo for the implementation of the project. The facility already has production facilities equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure. The estimated volume of investments in the implementation of the project at the specified site is 90.85 million rubles, including construction and installation work and the purchase of equipment.
The site for the placement of production in the Sterlitamak district is located in the village of Vasilevka. The land plot is provided with the possibility of connecting to gas, water and electricity supply networks. In addition, there are access railway tracks along the border of the site and there is an unloading platform. According to estimates, the volume of investments in the implementation of the project will amount to 117.34 million rubles.
In addition to the concept and financial and economic indicators of the project, the business proposal also contains the proposed measures of state support. Among them: an investment tax deduction for income tax, a subsidy for reimbursement of part of the costs of purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as individual preferences provided by municipalities.
