In Bashkortostan, investors were presented with an investment site for the development of industry

The register of free investment sites continues to be replenished with land plots. This time, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to investors a new investment site with a total area of 30.3 hectares. The site is located in the Arkhangelsk region and includes four land plots intended for the development of industry.

- Specialists of the Development Corporation conduct regular monitoring of free investment sites throughout the republic. The business sheriffs of municipalities actively help us in this. According to the results of analytics, a passport is formed for each land plot, which includes information about the location, area, technical characteristics of real estate objects and infrastructure support. Thus, the presented plots are suitable for timber processing, production of construction ceramics and other industrial activities," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The presented investment platform is provided with the possibility of connecting to gas, water, electricity and sanitation. Investors can get acquainted with the map of connection to utility networks when passing virtual tour on land plots.

Recall that the tool for getting to know investment sites using virtual tours was introduced by the Development Corporation last year. Now 140 tours are available for viewing at 168 venues.
