The International Scientific and Practical Congress "Cooperation of enterprises in the new economic realities" will be held in Ufa from May 26 to 27, 2022. Within the framework of this platform, the pre-defense of joint cluster projects planned for implementation by cluster participants of the Russian Federation will take place.

Within the framework of the International Congress, a plenary session on the topic "Transformation of value chains: new opportunities and prospects" will be held, at which the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov, Director of the AKIT of the Russian Federation Andrey Shpilenko, Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov, State Duma Deputy Alexander Kozlovsky, Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy and Project Planning will speak. Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Vitaly Khotsenko, as well as representatives of business and the expert community.

The main objectives of the conference are to reveal the investment potential of the region, demonstrate best practices, gain practical skills in identifying investment niches of clusters and work on the implementation of import-substituting projects.

– I would like to emphasize that the venue was not chosen by chance. Today, competition for investments is high, there are preferential regimes in many regions, but it is Bashkortostan that, thanks to the open and proactive position of the head of the Republic, Radiya Khabirov, occupies a leading position in this area," said Andrey Shpilenko, director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia.

At the end of 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation identified Bashkortostan as a pilot region for the introduction of new approaches to the development of clusters in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 779 dated July 31, 2017. A furniture cluster has been created in the republic today and the process of forming aviation, machine-building, industrial and agro-industrial clusters continues. The issue of creating an unmanned aviation cluster together with the Center for Strategic Developments of the Republic of Belarus is being worked out.

The state assumes the role of a "guide", stimulating private initiative. And this is stimulation not only in the form of orders, but also in the form of benefits, such as a reduction in income tax, a reduction in rental value, relief of bureaucratic red tape and others," stressed the Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Sheldyaev.

Demonstration of import-substituting investment projects in the production chains of furniture, aviation, machine-building, industrial and agro-industrial clusters of the Republic of Bashkortostan is planned within the framework of the congress at the site of the Ufa Industrial Park. The construction of the production site of one of the future residents of the park - the machine-building company JSC "Amkodor" (Republic of Belarus) will also be launched there. On the basis of the industrial parks «Ufa » and LLC «Promcenter» participants will demonstrate the activities of management companies and residents.

Within the framework of the congress, a round table is also planned "On the formation of a cluster of light industry and the creation of a competence center for tailoring uniforms". The initiative to create a Competence Center for the production of workwear in April 2022 was taken by the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov. Such a center will unite the entire chain of manufacturers of fabrics and materials, accessories, ready-made equipment for sewing workwear for various organizations, including law enforcement agencies and corporate structures. The creation of the Center is planned on the basis of a production site for the manufacture of workwear by Uralprom-Market LLC, which is part of the Magellan group of companies. Previously, the Competence Center will unite at least 15 enterprises of different forms of ownership.
