The Development Corporation presented a project to create a year-round eco-hotel
A meeting with a new potential investor was held at the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The company "Ak Yar" intends to open a year-round eco-hotel in Ufa, which will be located on the coast of the Belaya River. At the initial stage, the volume of investments in the project will amount to about 50 million rubles with the creation of 15 new jobs.
- The Development Corporation always welcomes investment projects aimed at ensuring the comfort of residents of the republic. Moreover, Ufa is becoming one of the main tourist centers of Russia and we need to be ready for a multiple increase in the tourist flow, creating an infrastructure for a good rest, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Together with the investor, we will finalize the concept and technical details of the project, after which we will be able to move on to further stages of its implementation.
According to the investor, the eco-hotel project involves the construction of glamping, which implies providing them with everything that is necessary for guests of all ages. The territory of the complex will be equipped with a beach area, a playground and facilities for active pastime. In addition, quad bike rides, sapboards, excursions along the Belaya River on comfortable boats and entertainment on the water will be available to visitors.
