The project to create a roadside service complex in the village of Zubovo is included in the List of priorities
The investor – company «Akros RB» plans to build in the village «Zubovo» near Ufa a multifunctional complex with a gas station, cafe, service station and tire repair point. The object will be located on the Ufa-Chishmy highway.
During the project support, the specialists of the Development Corporation developed a business plan and a financial model for it, helped the investor in collecting and processing the necessary documents to apply for inclusion in the Priority List.
The investor intends to invest more than 51 million rubles in the implementation of this project. It is planned to create 15 jobs," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Thanks to the status obtained, an investor can get a land plot for rent for the project without bidding, tax benefits, and he will also be reimbursed for part of the costs of building an external engineering infrastructure.
