The Bashkortostan Development Corporation analyzed the accompanied investment projects in the field of light industry
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan monitored investment projects in the field of light industry, which produce clothing and are accompanied by the department. The specialists of the department analyzed data on production volumes, sales markets, as well as the availability of opportunities to expand the product lines. According to business representatives, the enterprises are ready to occupy the niches that were vacated after the departure of foreign clothing suppliers from the Russian market.
It should be noted that under the supervision of the department's project managers are investment projects of the companies "Arcade", ZASPORT, which launch their production facilities on the territory of the special economic zone "Alga". The total volume of their investments is more than 1 billion rubles. The Corporation's partner is also the HOME brand.
- Joint work has shown that, despite various circumstances, our partners are ready to increase the pace of production and expand the circle of consumers, noting the increased demand. The main suppliers of materials for production are domestic enterprises, and therefore problems with supplies are not predicted. To date, companies whose projects are supported by the Corporation ship their products throughout Russia. For example, «Arcade» supplies workwear to such large customers as «Transneft» and «BSK», and the HOME brand even arranges deliveries abroad, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
It should be noted that to support business entities, an anti-crisis headquarters has been created to support and ensure the sustainability of the region's economy. During the meetings, the participants work out the most effective programs to support the population and the business community of the republic. So, at the second meeting of the headquarters, the Government decided to create an Import Substitution and Import Supply Center. With its help, the collection and analysis of needs and proposals from enterprises will be carried out for the purpose of subsequent import substitution.
