Bashkortostan Development Corporation presented business proposals in the field of tourism

Three business proposals in the field of domestic tourism development, involving the placement of glamping in the most picturesque locations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, were presented to investors in the regional Development Corporation.

- Even during the pandemic, the demand for domestic tourism has shown its relevance, and the trend towards an increase in requests for holidays in Bashkortostan continues. Therefore, we offer more and more new niches in this segment," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The first business proposal offers investors the creation of a glamping on the territory of two investment sites in the Zianchurinsky district near the Yamashli reservoir. The convenient location of investment sites and picturesque views will contribute to the creation of conditions for a comfortable stay. The budget of the investment project is 13.6 million rubles. New jobs - 11.

The second proposal involves the placement of 12 comfortable geo-domes with a capacity of 2 to 4 people on the territory of the village of Bugabashevo, Bakalinsky district. The territory where the glampings will be located is surrounded by such unique natural monuments as the pine forest near the Mata River, the Mustafinsky Reserve and the Urzia River. The cost of the project will amount to 14.32 million rubles with the creation of jobs – 13. The investor will be able to recoup the investment in almost 3 years.

The investment platform for the implementation of the third business proposal is located in the Kugarchinsky district near the Muradymovsky gorge. Here investors are offered to consider the possibility of organizing year-round recreation for residents and guests of the republic with hiking and water excursions, fishing, etc. According to the calculations of specialists of the Development Corporation, the budget of the investment project will amount to 10.29 million rubles. During the implementation of the project, 15 jobs will be created.
