The investment project "Chishmy M-5" under the supervision of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation was included in the list of priorities
The investment project of modernization of the roadside service facility of the company "Chishma M-5" has entered the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The corresponding order was signed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, the Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the region, Rustam Muratov.
- This investor has already implemented a major investment project for the construction of a roadside service facility, which has proven itself today in terms of a high level of service. The new project involves the modernization of the existing facility: it is planned to build a vehicle maintenance station, a parking lot for trucks, as well as the organization of the provision of other additional types of services on the adjacent land plot," said Alexey Gusev, Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The investment project is accompanied by project managers of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation. During the cooperation, the investor is provided with consulting and methodological support on an ongoing basis. The specialists of the department also assisted in the preparation of a package of documents necessary for the inclusion of an investment project in the priority List.

Recall that the Concept of roadside service development on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020-2024 is being implemented in the region. The document provides for the construction of about 1,000 new facilities, the same number is planned to be modernized. Minimum requirements are imposed on projects in this area. Thus, the volume of investments for investment projects for the creation, reconstruction, modernization of roadside service facilities along public roads of federal significance should be at least 50 million rubles, and at least 20 million rubles - along public roads of regional, inter-municipal and local significance.
